Gas Breakdown Engineer
We are currently looking to recruit experienced gas breakdown engineers in all areas in Scotland.
Engineers should have at least 1-year experience carrying out boiler and central heating system breakdowns.
You must hold a full driving license and the following qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 CPA1. Engineers must also have a complete CRB Disclosure that is up to date.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Shifts: Various shifts can be accommodated to suit personal circumstances

Customer Service Advisor
Due to continued expansion we are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to deal with incoming calls/queries from customers who are reporting faults with their central heating system.
Applicants will be logging new jobs, dealing with chase calls, arranging appointments, communicating with engineers/suppliers, handling first line complaints and updating notes on our in house database. Full training will be provided.
Key Skill Requirements:
- Experience of operating within a customer service environment
- Experience of working in a high call volume environment
- Telephone techniques and influencing skills
- Problem resolution/first line complaints handling
- Awareness of requirements to maintain service levels
- Ability to empathise with customer needs and maintain customer delivery satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-working
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently on your own taking ownership, using initiative, recognising potential problems and identifying solutions with minimum supervision
- Ability to multi-task working quickly and accurately and be at ease with job rotation
- Confidence to make decisions within their capability prioritising jobs/tasks as necessary
- PC literate
