LEAP Boiler Scheme<\/h1>\r\n\t

LEAP is a free service that is helping people keep warm and reduce their energy bills without costing them any money.<\/h2>\r\n

The LEAP Boiler Scheme<\/strong> offers assistance to fuel poor or vulnerable households to repair or replace broken or condemned boilers. Eligibility is based on benefit and household income.<\/p>\r\n

The LEAP Boiler Scheme is provided by AgilityEco along with its partners and funded by seven energy companies through the Warm Home Discount Industry Initiative Scheme.<\/p>\r\n

Homeowners with a broken boiler and in a no heat situation and meet the following criteria:<\/h5>\r\n– Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
\r\n– Contribution-based Employment and Support Allowance
\r\n– Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
\r\n– Income Support
\r\n– Pension Guarantee Credit
\r\n– Pension Savings Credit
\r\n– Child Tax Credit \/ Working Tax Credit
\r\n– Universal credit
\r\n– Housing Benefit
\r\n– Council Tax Reduction
\r\n– A Disability Benefit (Incl. Attendance Allowance, Carer’s Allowance DLA, PIP, Severe Disablement Allowance)
\r\n– Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit\r\n

OR<\/h3>\r\n

– Total annual household income less than \u00a331,000<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

\r\n

AND<\/h3>\r\n

There must be someone in the household who is:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n– Aged 65 or over, or
\r\n– Aged under 5, or
\r\n– Suffering from significant health problems or has a disability that may be exacerbated by living in a cold home, specifically:
\r\n– Cancer \/ Terminal illness
\r\n– Cardiovascular condition
\r\n– Respiratory condition
\r\n– Disability affecting mobility
\r\n– Mental Health Condition\r\n
